We have deemed our program Supply Demand, as we are supplying a demand of our county for skilled trade workers!
Supply Demand is focused on students studying construction & design throughout Brunswick County and Robeson County, NC, with plans to expand as we grow. We provide a structured, hands-on learning experience that provides students with the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting within the construction & design industry.
This type of internship offers students a chance to gain practical skills, industry exposure, and professional connections that can be invaluable as they prepare to enter the workforce.
Internships offer students practical involvement in real-world construction & design ventures, facilitating engagement in project stages such as planning, site visits, management, and construction tasks. They cultivate skills encompassing construction techniques, design software, project management, communication, and teamwork. Interns acquire a comprehensive grasp of the construction and design sector, delving into project diversity, client interactions, regulations, budgeting, and scheduling.
